Who am I to talk about sex?

I am a plus size, female (she/her), self diagnosed ambivert, monogam-ish, sexually fluid, sex educator and coach. Oh and mum, wife, female entrepreneur, party organiser extraordinaire.

I’ve spent over a thousand hours studying sexology, including teachings directly from two of the top sex coaches in America – Patti Britton and Layla Martin – and sex therapists here in the UK.

I am a huge believer that opening up conversation around sex, with our partners, friends, family and communities will lead to more fulfilling and healthy sexual relationships. I have a real passion for talking about the history of sex, it is truly enlightening the path that sexologists took to get us where we are today and believe in creating an inclusive, sex positive environment for my (our) children.
